Sony HXC-100 and HSC-300 Digital Triax HD camera systems are ideal for high quality live productions of all types. Utilizing 2/3” Power HD FX CCDs for high picture quality, low light capability and low noise. The Triax camera system consists of the HXC-100 or HSC-300 camera, Fujinon 17:1 or 22:1 HD ENG lens, HXCU-100 or HSCU-300 Camera Control Unit, RCP-750 Remote Control Panel, C730W 7” HD LCD studio viewfinder and single Triax cable to carry all camera operational functions, full HD image, power, audio, two channel intercom, tally, return, regardless of cable length.
Image control features, such as; four Hypergamma options to deal with high contrast scenes, getting the most out of wide dynamic range of the Power HAD FX CCD sensors, Multi-matrix for precise control of colors, Low-key Saturation for maintaining good color saturation in low light scenes, Knee Saturation for natural color reproduction of highlights. ALAC(Auto Lens Aberration Compensation) optimizes lens performance so optical artifacts like Chromatic Aberration are corrected.
The HXC-100 and HSC-300 systems can output 1080/50i, 1080/59.94i, 720/50P, 720/59.94P, 576/50i and 480/59.94i. These matching camera systems are ideal for all types of multi-camera productions, due to their full feature set, complete controllability via one Triax cable and robust magnesium construction.
